Why is My Work Different?
Because, I use the true stories of survivors of medical injury to captivate and motivate the audience. With many patient experiences, there are lessons to be learned. Safe quality care can’t reach its full potential until there are transparency and acknowledgment that the patient and their family can play a crucial role.
I enjoy audience interaction and often we have fun. Some workshops include role play and experiential learning. Everyone will walk away with an understanding of patient safety and what their role is to prevent unplanned outcomes!
